We are family owned and operated and take great personal satisfaction in the quality workmanship, durability, and finishing details that go into each piece of furniture we offer on our website. Many of the Amish craftsmen we know personally, and feel honored to promote the beauty and elegance of their furniture lines. You can rest assured only the finest furniture construction components will be used in building your furniture, including select kiln dried North American Hardwood species.
Our return policy, will allow you to relax about online furniture shopping! We believe in the exclusive quality of our furniture lines! If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, furniture can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items returned in good condition will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Custom orders, special stain matches, or personalized items are not returnable.
Product damage is rare, due to our excellent team of delivery personnel. If however, your merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Amish Valley is not responsible for damage done to merchandise after delivery.
Amish Valley also guarantees every piece of furniture against defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Should you detect a defect your furniture will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you other than the necessary cost of shipping, which we can assist you in arranging. Please be prepared to send photo's of the defect so we can access the repairs needed. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by not maintaining the proper humidity level in the home, or misuse of any item.
We are only required to collect sales tax on furniture sales being delivered to Ohio addresses.
